Hot drinks such as green tea or hot water with lemon. I'm adding elderberry tincture & herbs to mine, as well as a little honey.

Menthol drops, or eucalyptus oil on a tissue (NEVER DIRECTLY ON YOUR SKIN). I sometimes us one of those inhaler sticks. There's a nice kind of menthol oil sold with cinnamon & other natural ingredients, if you see that. If all else fails, I get eucalyptus lozenges, but don't like using these as they usually contain artificial sweeteners.

Using a neti pot or a liquid dropperwith warm saline water, or a commercial saline spray might help alleviate your symptoms.

I also like a very hot steamy flannel on my face with a few drops of lavender oil, which is safe for skin contact.
