Pick something small but which you can do right away - like go for a 15 min walk or go shopping for some healthy ingredients and cook a light meal. Key thing is it's an action you can do now rather than a resolution for the future.

Just do a little bit of exercise cos just a little bit is better than nothing, then you might feel motivated to do more. Also do something in a group as people can spur you on. Buy some new fitness clothes

Book yourself a course of instruction in a new sport...squash for example. The motivation to look good (for your new instructor) and to play well will encourage you to stick with the healthy eating. There are water sports too, cycling, horse riding; just something you don't normally do. Anything to get out of that rut....
