I always read that a healing crisis lasts for only a few days but mine always last for nearly a month each time i fluctuate from an unhealthy lifestyle to a healthy one. why does it take so long for mine? I'm only 20 years old and i don't understand why mine takes a month where most peoples takes a few days apparently?

What do you mean by healing crisis?

A healing crisis is generally when you take a step up in health like when you change to a better diet for example you can go through some suffering at first because your body is trying to get rid of the toxins from the old unhealthy diet so that can make you feel sluggish and look tired for a while until the toxins are released and then you will be in better health than before.

Ok thanks for telling me. This has never happened to me so I didn't know what you meant, sorry.

Maybe you need to change things a bit slower, gradually?

Yeah maybe you're right. It's a pain though. I do everything right but still feel like crap for a while lol.

Just keep doing the healthy stuff it's bound to feel better if you stick at it.

Drink more water and it might help flush the bad stuff out quicker.

You will make it lol

Hopefully it will help you along the way.

It's gym time now so I'm off to wreck myself.

Have a good evening.
