Feeling like I've not slept but that's normal really, got used to it. That means I'm not in a 100% good mood and I eat to make me feel better, even when I'm still annoyed at myself because I want to lose weight and I think I'm fat πŸ˜’

We need a minimum 7 hours, 8 is better. Stuff your face, by all means, but maybe try eating healthy foods like fruit & nuts. You might feel & sleep better if you keep to a clean food diet & make sure to get the nutrients your body needs. :)

hello there well I have problems sleeping I listen to my music on low that does help and if you want to lose weight drink lots of fruit & eat fruit as it does fill you up so that you dont eat rubbish ie chocolate or ice cream you dont want to eat wrong foods if your trying to lose weight ive lost a stone just eating fruit & drinking fruit & i eat chicken & boiled pototoes & some veg but dont eat red meat as its very fattning always eat white meat & fish isnt fattning either so plenty of greens if you like them cos they aint fattning either hope this helps im 60 yrs old ive lost a stone just by not eating red meat or sweet things thats bad for you stay away from lol :)
