I have never eaten pomegranates before - and couldn't really imagine what to do with them. I tried eating some straight out of the fruit - the flesh of the arils was delicious but I was left with a mouthful of seeds. So I mixed a few tablespoons of the arils through my usual morning breakfast oats. YUMMY!!!! I swallowed the actual seeds whole

Yes, you have to swallow the seeds, not much choice! But they are very yummy.

Cut them in half and whack the back of them with a wooden spoon delicious on porridge yogurt etc

I out the seeds in salads and on porridge.

You just chew juicy fruits;suck the juice and throw away remains of seeds
