You have to bring yourself to ask for a second chair fixing. I believe it's because of my weight and I really need to do something about it but I don't really care. I need help and I don't know what to do.

Hello there yes ive lost 2stone drinking fresh fruit smoothies and eating chicken& turkey meals, & boiled pototoe's it's nice to beable to help people on here and tell them my story how I lost weight in weeks by exercise and eating chicken & turkey meals so I do feel better aswell losing that weight off me as im very ill lady with emphysema & heart condition yet I dance to my music and try and keep active as much as possible as I also suffer osteoarthritis and arthritis in my joints so I do try and stay active take care thanks for welcoming me to this site angie /misty
hello there I hope you dont mind me askin what is your weight ? as I used to be over 13 stone, I got depressed as I do suffer depression and I just deceided one day that I was gonna do something about it, before its too late. I started exerciseing by walking & dancing to my music and also got rid of all the bad food's I was eating, out my cupboards and freezzer I started eating fruit smoothies and making my own so I went out & brought my self a blender as I didnt have one now that I do I make my own smoothies and drink them ive lost alot of weight i'm now 11stone and I want to get too 10 and half stone so ive only got 7lbs to lose to get too my weight my gp said I should be so I do hope this will help you by drinking fruit smoothies & chicken & turkey as these are not fat meats and are good for you, red meat is bad just rember that ok
Im not comfortable telling my weight but I have around 8st I want to lose.
I think ive got a plan I can work with at the moment but its early days.

and chocolate and sweets are also very bad and alcohol is very bad so stay away from fatty foods eat white meat with boiled pototoes and fruit smoothies and eat more fruit aswell ok I do hope this will help you stay possive with your diet and you too will lose stones like I didkeep active aswell it all counts good luck angie
