I can't stop eating!

Hi guys, during the first months of this year i was on a strict diet and did really well as i lost a few pounds (10) here and there. It's been 3 months since I have stopped the diet, but the problem is I've been feeling very hungry recently (past one month) and cannot control my food intake. Are there any appetite-suppressants that would help or even foods that control my appetite?

  • Eating truly balanced meals with real food works.

    Minimise your fructose and alcohol intake, and avoid foods that spike insulin such as baked beans, fruit yoghurt, bread with refined flour (even wholemeal), processed cereals including Weetabix or Shredded Wheat, and other high Gi foods such as rice or potatoes.

    Have a small amount of protein at most meals along with non-starchy (above ground) vegetables, getting most calories from natural fat.
