My sister has coeliac disease and she can get gluten free foods on prescription. There is a wealth of information you can research on the internet, but it is a case of reading all food labels, as gluten is in a wide range of foods you wouldn't think contained wheat. Making most of your meals from scratch will help to eliminate the need to constantly read food labels.

Have you had gluten free bread from the Udi's company? It stays together better than other gluten free bread brands.

Gluten free crackers and matzah (gluten free) can be another idea.
