Are there any foods I should stay away from or drink like cup of tea love my tea.Any advise on any good foods I should heat

Hi,

I eat at least 5 or 6 brazil nuts every day for selenium.

You need to make sure you have enough foods containing iron, zinc, magnesium, folate, B12, D3.

Soya is bad, unless it's fermented. There are other foods classed as goitrogenic, which are fine if cooked.
