I have rls and need to eat a very healthy diet to help me and need a heart healthy diet I want a diet that I can enjoy everyday foods and trim down my waist. I excercise regularly and I'm eating healthy I love others advice on this. Thanks

Bread is the staff of life but not that rubbish they sell in the supermarkets, not even the so called wholemeal. Bread is nothing more that 100% whlemeal flour, yeast, salt and water. I use the recipe at:healthscams.org.uk/bake-you... You may need not to use all of the water although the dough should be pretty wet. I also mill our own flour from organic wheat grain.

Try it, you'll never eat supermarket bread again! I would use it in place of putty for fitting window glass!
