As promised have made & tried bread. It is quite a crumbly texture with not much flavour, definitely needs something added to it depending on your taste we are going try cheese & chilli, nxt time or apricot

Thanks for the feedback.

Porridge has no gluten which is why there was no need to knead. Without gluten, the bread was likely to crumble. I could not understand with the listed ingredients why it would be any tastier than just breakfast porridge.
