Hi,

NHS Choices is looking for people to take part in a challenge to see how much they can save on their weekly food shopping bill compared to their average spend while still eating a healthy diet. All you need to do is to keep a record of what you ate and your spending. Your experience will be featured on the NHS Choices website. If you're interested, please send me a direct message. Many thanks!

I'm assuming healthy eating is food that is grown, grazed or out of the sea and does not need packaging. If I can do my weekly shop for about £60 to £70 and loose weight must be doing some thing right :)
