If you read my post from Wednesday then you know I suffered an injury and was resting on Thursday. Thursday was tough for a lot of reasons. 1- I have kidney disease so pain medication is not really allowed. 2- I am not good at resting. As you can see from my stats I did about half of what I would normally do. To me, that is resting. I am not sure the doctor would agree, lol. 3- I didn't hit my daily goals. While I know this is mostly psychological I was kind of bummed. 4- On a funnier note, my Fitbit counts any activity that is consistent for at least 10 minutes to be exercise. It took me 10 minutes yesterday morning to walk 250 steps. Fitbit counted it as exercise. LOL. I am feeling better today so I guess I did rest enough. It helped that I found a way to sleep without pain. I do still need to rest and be careful today because I work this weekend and I don't need to suffer a setback. Hi Melissa,
I'm glad that you managed to rest. It's good that you're feeling better today as a result of that. Also that you were able to sleep without pain, that is really good. Fingers crossed for you managing the weekend ok, and not having any set-backs.
