I'm making the most of my allowed once a day exercise in the outdoors which I do on my own and of course am keeping away from any people but I don't meet hardly anyone as I live right by the countryside so that's good.
I hope you enjoy the photos, it's the stream that runs down to my local beach and the local church in the other photo.

Ooh lovely. Can you post a photo of the beach if you go down there. Funny you’re only aloud out once. I walk Teddi twice on a Friday so I’ll do the morning for her and the afternoon for me 😂. Lovely photos and a great step count you must be as fit as a fiddle which is great after your set back after your food poisoning.

Thank you, yes feel a lot better. Had a big slip up 1 1/2 weeks ago, I had a bowl of cornflakes on Saturday and Sinday morning and I knew it the Sunday night, boy did I have an upset tummy and terrible nausea, at least I knowi can't eat them even though they are supposed to be low fodmap.
I'm so much better now.😊
Oh dear. What a nuisance. Glad you’re okay now. Sadly my dog walking has come to a halt (not my choice) hopefully I’ll be able to pick it up again after this 😁🤞
