Had another lovely walk today albeit not a fast walk as I went for a walk with my hubby today although we did have a fairly good pace.
We walked around the coast near to where we live and stopped and had our packed lunch at one of the beaches and I enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee as a treat.
It's been a beautiful day again today and was hot in some places but lovely where there was a breeze. We walked 18,477 steps today, just over 8 1/2 miles.
The photo is from a house which overlooks the sea and is about 10 to 15 minutes from where we live.
Enjoy the rest of this beautiful weather and long may it continue.

Hey this looks so tranquil Alicia and you do indeed live in a spectacularly beautiful part of the world and that's a beautiful sea view and brings back memories for me.
You did very well walking that far in the heat I bet the sea breeze was nice, so good for you and your coffee was a well deserved treat.
I hope that you enjoy the BH weekend it's started very misty here which's very attractive. Jerry 😊

Hi Jerry
Thank you and yes I wouldn't leave where I live now, I want to move house and was thinking of another area but I can't even contemplate leaving the countryside now. I want to find another property where I live in the South Hams, which is just outside of Plymouth but in the country.
I've been on a very short walk today, only just over 8000 steps so it's a bike ride this afternoon. We went to a place called Lydford Gorge which is on Dartmoor in Devon.
Here's to this afternoon's bike ride.

Hi Alicia I lived in the South Has but further over so Holne bridge was nearer to us. It's staggeringly beautiful Dartmoor so enjoy your bike ride. 🚴♀️ 😀 🚴♂️

What a coincidence you lived quite close then to where I am.
I had a good bike ride thanks, it's a new bike so I'll 've glad when I've got used to the saddle 😂
