Personally, I take fish oil, vitamin C and drink a moderate amount of red wine on a regular basis (in some studies red wine has been shown to improve memory, but I take it for it's other and more general health benefits). I also drink home-made fruit juices and take aerobic exercise at least once and usually 3 times per week (+20 mins). It doesn't make my symptoms disappear, but it helps me to cope with daily living as best as I can, my life would be much harder without addressing these small, but important details.
