So sorry to hear. Sounds very difficult to deal with. I experience balance issues and lightheadedness due to head pain and numbness, which i’m so worried about.

I hope yours improves in some way

Getting on top of balance is down to finding vestibular exercises that work for your lifestyle and preferences.

There are simple movements that can help to start to alleviate balance issues. Look for videos on Vestibular Therapy - there are a lot of Canadian resources for this due to the huge numbers of hockey players who sustain head injuries. If you need a detailed set of exercises drop me a DM and I'll send you the routine I was given earlier this year after my fall.

Also Optokinetics has a positive effect on balance - again lots of resources online. These are best done using a full sized laptop or desktop monitor rather than a phone screen as the eyes need to travel quite a distance to have any impact. 10 minutes a day to start with and see how you respond.

Simple things like learning to juggle or just throwing a ball from hand to hand are good too.

These exercises can also help lift brain fog to a degree if you find the right combination that works for you.

Demonic oppression will do this, also memory loss. Blocked imagination, head fog, mood disturbance and lethargy
