I had a stroke in June 22 and lost my partner in September 22 .Don't give up the fight for brain injury survival. Just more research on the subjects is needed but people still need to contribute to their cause.

hi, suffered mine in 2000, little support from social services after mum, my carer passed. Have rediscovered my ability to fight for what am I titled to, council no power to fridge for week. £60 of frozen food binned 3 visits & not untitled to any more because apparently I fitted a new kitchen into a council place?!!! Milk in bowl in sink, nowhere to store it!! Got to pay privately for electrician?! Am going to sort PIP via Dr Monday, brain injury throws all kinds of challenges!! smile to spite it!! Oh well life goes on?!!
Well said Marley.. I help keep my local Headway charity shop well stocked with good quality items since it opened, and shop there whenever I can get into town...
So sorry to hear of the loss of your partner, especially so soon after your stroke. How hard that must be for you...
My best wishes, Cat x
