"happy capacity"???

ok then, just had msg from social worker this morning(new surname, obvs too much planning to bother about others lives)she reports that sean has capacity and can handle his finances.thats such a relief for me,but as he cant walk into local bank?anyway...as he has been also refusing certain medications for some time now the road ahead is a rocky one.He is a carers nightmare, and a total horror, but also the most respectful man when someone takes the time to understand him.He posts facebook the most outrageous(skall for you!)about not getting a shower...its a hurdle jumped today, more to follow including the investigation into last dump.I wont stop...best wishes allxx

Yep sounds like my son, lol seriously if carers just talk.chat, not just be machines, I think a lot of carers forget that when our sons are in rehab, for a long time it's our sons home, not a prison , they are paid helpers so just have a bit of normal day to chat, I had a great chat with consultant this week, first time in 2 Years!! And explained a few things in a very calm way, respect to the guy, when head bitch nurse came in he showed he had a backbone and with the information I.d given him, taught her words like flexibility, lol the turn over of staff is so gobsmackingly quick, staff don't get to know residents, and even I get confused and I.m not brain injured,

Onwards and upwards

Get him to chat here! Safer, will find likeminded friends. We come to rant our anxiety too, over silly stupid things that mean nothing to Joe Public. But we know because we have the same experience, smile?!! It helps!!
