Between 9 and 10 is preferable since my cvst. Can function reasonably well on 8-9 but anything under 8 I'm really bad.

Hi I’m the same as moo, in that I need a minimum of 8hrs & hope to get a 9-10 hrs once or twice a week.

20 years after injury now sleep7-8 hours a night

shortly after my injury I would sleep 15 hours a day. It lessoned over time. Now that I am older, 30 years on, I can get by on 7.

8 hours, to 9 hours, with a daytime nap in the middle (still) for 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes.
