Just remembered that I have already posted a big thank you to everyone who has replied to my first post but wanted to say that I already feel all your support and love It is only the start of my recovery journey I understand that now so must accept that I am a changed person from who I was before my Brain Injury and try to keep a positive mindset something that I have found hard It certainly helps knowing that I am not alone and that the feelings I am having are valid I do question myself constantly and worry about the silliest things but now realise that recover is a journey perhaps only 2 steps forward and 1 step back and it is hard to recognise progress in yourself even though others tell you that you are progressing At last I have found a place where I can get support when needed Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart
