Dear All,

Today I attended 'my' Headway (Headway Essex) and, during the morning I had a Chance to 'Mention' This Form- indeed Health Unlocked generally. We were having a Presentation, on Resilience, by two of the Student Volunteers. Very good Indeed and, the ensuing, discussions where Lively, Good Natured and Informative- hence my contribution.

It's always Productive, when we can ALL meet together, there are normally Two Groups..... An Adult Education and Social/ Project/ Art Group- of which I'm a member.

Just thought that i would 'Share' this.

Hello Andrew. I live in Essex with my husband who is cared for at home. What is the other part of the Headway group activities?Where is it held? Anything done on line? Thank you for any info you can give me.

Dear Bichou73,

You can speak Directly, to the Headway Essex 'Outreach Team', by calling 01206 845945 they can Direct you further. There are now Two Centres, in Essex, the Original one in Colchester- that I attend- and one near Benfleet- only recently Set Up. There are, I believe, 'People' who can visit you- at Home, or Locally. You can also Email but, I think a Call would be Best 'In The First Instance'.

Give them a call, I promise that they Won't bite. well Not Hard Anyway😀.
