Linking what we eat, with depression and brain conditions

Saw an article written in September last year on the site : The best brain possible. This article links diet to depression via the gut - and the 'brain around the gut'. That I thought was interesting.

There are dietary tips to pick up from here - and additional information about dopamine and serotonin, the two feel-good hormones. (I need all the help I can get to stay on an even keel. This is going on for a while longer than I thought.)
