best phone for migrianes 60 or 120 hertz

i I think there was a thread about this . i wonder if 60 hertz or 120 hertz refresh is better for reducing sceen induced migraines after a brain injury. my phone is broken so i am looking to replace it and i have a choice of 60 or 120 hertz tia

Hi Amber, I can remember that there was a post about computer screens and different frequencies, I think, but can't promise, if I remember right, that the faster frequency gave less flicker. I don't know about migraine, but I'm sure that epilepsy.org.uk will have information about screen frequency as I know this can be a trigger. Good luck 🍀

120 to reduce flicker, however it makes it brighter, if that's a problem get a neutral grey filter on the screen. Give yourself a little time to adjust to it.
