Since my brain injury I have been involved in helping researchers develop new projects and working with groups to help drive research into unmet needs. it's fascinating to get involved and i'm keen to encourage others to take part. Next week I am helping run a session about how to do it ad what it is like. I'll present some new research projects that are looking for survivor input. If you're interested drop a note to info@brainmic.org. Hope to see some of you there. James

Involvement in research
Could you add a web page to see if you are legit.
This is definitely legitimate, the man survived a horrific TBI and is a strong advocate for brain injury survivors and also with the United kingdom aquired brain injury forum
That's excellent what I've seen of it on facebook. Many would not have a clue that there are MP's like Chris Bryant on the case for ABI's. Can't wait to explore more and get back to you. Many thanks!
Thanks for the interest. Some more info on the session here brainmic.nihr.ac.uk/live-mo...
Thanks, email sent.
Thank you for this I will definitely be interested in learning more - will get in touch with brainmic.org
Hi there. Is the researcher interested in congenital BIs or just acquired ones please?
Hi, What would be required? I don't know that we are at that level yet because things are still a bit.... bitty if that makes any sense. How much involvement would be required of the person with ABI?
Hi ored. There is absolutley no commitment at this stage. The session will describe some research projects, if you were interested in helping with one of them you will be put in touch with the team who would describe exactly what level of involvement they are looking for
