Does any of you know what is wrong with me?

I am 20 years old, since I was 15 years old I have been having cognitive problems, I don't understand what the characters in movies and tv shows say, and I can't understand what I read, I already went to see a neurologist and they did a CT scan of my head and an EEG, and the results were normal, they didn't find anything abnormal with my brain, my brain is supposed to be fine yet I still have these problems, but I have to admit that I have improved, since december of last year I have been taking psychiatric medication, a year ago I couldn't read anything, now I can read but the problem is that I don't understand what I read, and also a year ago I couldn't understand anything on a movie or a TV show, and now I can understand more or less well, but I still have problems, does any of you struggle with understanding movies and TV shows like me?, does any of you have trouble reading and comprehending what they read like me?
