Hello. I've finally found a 'behaviour Optometrist ' that is within reasonable traveling distance.
I'm still light and noise senative. Can't watch TV or read a book or A4 paper.
Still having g headaches tension ones ongoing. Less severe but replaced by severe fatigue that makes me feel like I've got flu. I'm really hoping it's the next phase to get through bevorel improvements. I'm on B12 injections as b12 deficient 2 weekly . Di try one a week after last but even more fatigue?? Had a bad fall and virtigo. One neurologist thought post concussion syndrome as well as the b12 defiency.
Anyone with any advice on what to expect at the behaviour Optometry appointment please say
It was pinK vision that first told me about tints ect

Yes and although one neurologist thought post concussion syndrome other thought vestibular disturbance through virtigo and b12 defiency??he wanted to start me on propranolol. I'm not on anything at present apart from pain relief if hrafaches hit.
who told you it was vertigo? it could be menieres which are two different things, but both happen without warning.
did your neurologist send you for a blood test?
i have problem with noise and i dont like crowds either. since my bi i too suffer from fatigue, its natural after a bi, your neurologist should have told you this.
The Gp. The Epley manouvre stopped the spinning when I laid down. I wasn't sick though. The neurologist dudnt say about fatigue. He tonight variant migrains and prescribed amitriptyline. The last neurologist thought chronic tension headaches and nervr dsmage from b12 defuemcy and not post concussion syndrome? ?? think I've had both. The fall was bad fave down hard on concrete.
Yes the noise and light sensitively continues and so does the glasses clamped to my head. B12
injections done the most up to date. 9 months in now. Still not functioning at all well. Sometimes still housebound. I've never liked crowds.
Hi Nackapan, when I got my specialist glasses most of the tension headache area reduced overnight, all the buzzing colours stopped in my head and the migraines just went away, the dizzy feeling went away too. I really hope it works for you the difference was phenomenal for me.
Dear Nackapan, I am experiencing exactly the same! !but nevers hearded of such therapy! ..,or who to contact /enquiries, asks, could you please, let me knows how/true! ?,you acesssed this service please? I still have another Aneurysm to treats! And the headaches are still severely +Fatigued 24x7,when going out of the house, getting easily Desorientating +extremely sensitive with any noises! Even by the cars. ,shackling a lot..,thank you very much for shared with the community! Really created a good value for me!
It was pinl vision on this forum that told me. Rob don't hold lists. I Googled it. Not available on The NHS. I'm going on Wednesday. It's with an Optometrist with a special intestestate. The Behaviour Optometrist too far away but put me on to this service. I will post again.
Dear Nackapan, thanks for your kindness replied, but I couldn't understand the terms;pinl vision! ??,neither Rob don't holds list! !??,could you please, kindly be more Specific in regards to those 2 frases! ?
-what's pinl vision? ,is the way/words to write in Google? ??
-who's Rob? ,which list? ?it's very confusing for me, really apologise for my totally ignorance,
The one I'm seeing at local opticians £50 initially. I'm told they use different overlays of colour to try
I've tried clip on anti blue light but found that too difficult to look through 2 lenses. I wear prescription glasses. The cut out blue cover on this phone is find helpful.
I've also got all florescent lighting removed from the house. I can't actually tolerate artificial light.
What I have found is red light okay. It's a light on an infuser for oils.
Thermacheck have a good website on light sensitivity. I really hope something helps ready for the winter
