Hi everyone not posted for a while so things must of been going ok. I cannot cope today tried talking to my sister but she is to busy to communicate with disabled sister. Does having tbi make us worth nothing that is how I feel.

Hello m'dear. It's been a while hasn't it and I'm wondering what's been happening in your world. The last I heard was that you were looking at a care facility in Matlock and trying to break free of your husband's financial demands.

How have the machinations of the divorce turned out Diana ; I hope you haven't been deprived of financial security for your future. xx

He will not sign divorce papers till he gets a settlement he wants. My solicitor will not give that . So unfortunately still married while he is living separately with his fancy bit , not alone as I am. 😢

My love has turned to hate. How are you coping well I hope.

So sorry nothing's moved on for you Diana. I still don't understand how he can make a claim on your money ; the money awarded to YOU for the accident.

I've had a few issues recently ; the main one being diagnosed with AFib after some scary symptoms. But it's under control now and back to the 'normality' of brain injury-land ! Just waiting for Spring and the lighter nights ; think it lifts most people's spirits.

How're you coping on a daily basis m'dear ? x

I received today the statement his solicitor has sent to the court. Not pleasant reading but he has only really complained about my moods which I know my solicitor will say is due to my tbi which he knew about and coped with for 20 odd years. The only thing I think will be benifical to him is the fact I said he should of been shot in the kidnapping in Vegas. Yes it was incorrect of me to say that but I was angry about his affairs.

That is why I have not contacted you as nothing good to say.
