Large unruptured aneurysm

I had a 28mm aneurysm coiled with 17coils , an artery occluded and a stent placed in April of last year . I September I had another stent inserted to make a bridge. Since then I’ve had to learn to walk again which is fair enough but it’s the dizzy feeling , heavy head and sore neck which I find upsetting . I have stroke like symptoms which after the first procedure I was expecting but this last procedure has just floored me . Consultant has said the aneurysm is leaning towards the nerves that deal with eye , face etc. I think the numbness has very slightly improved . I am due an MRI in March but I would love to hear from anyone in my position . It’s so frustrating , I walk like a drunk toddler and would love to unzip my head and give me a rest . Totally scunnered . Anybody help me????

Thank you , Shona

It can’t be clipped because it’s on the brain stem and too large .

True, my friend had two, one they coiled the other is to embedded into her brain to touch so she’s monitored to see how it is, I’m so lucky because it must be a nightmare living with something u can’t do owt about, it was cracking me up waiting for 5 months for brain surgery knowing I could drop at any point so to av to stay like that is torture. X
