Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay sleeeeeep I've slept for 7 hours since I got home from a&e at 12 and everything is still a blur but I'm back to feeling like a queen again because I had a psychiatrist who have never met me before and he starting off by saying you have multiple members of my staff worried because you said the words I have a severe TBI and I work for bcc and I'm struggling pleas help, so how can I help *hour long conversation* heres a booklet full of people you can talk to, I will point out the following services that will help while your waiting for biru/BWT ready: SARSAS, Saneline, Bristol sanctuary and Bristol crisis service, you go to your dr tomorrow and say you need sleeping tablets to for 2 weeks only so you don't get hooked, you chase BWT and along with zumba take up another form of exercise like yoga or tai chi.

Have I fixed everything? Me: Yes. Psychiatrist Can I help any further? Me: Yes. Psychiatrist *shakes head* with what? Me: Can you right all that down please? Psychiatrist With pleasure, wait while I get a nurse or someone to look at you and verify your mental fit to go home *get nurse* mentally fit to go home to your satification nurse: yes psychiatrist: don't lose that booklet and do everything I told you me:*runs out of a&e before security ascott me* neighbour: what do you want to do me:food and sleep neighbour: I can cook you a fry up will that be okay me:perfect neighbour:ready to go home ? Me: thanks for the grub neighbour: your welcome any day or night call me I don't care me: thanks, *gets home has a shower falls asleep, wake up to missed called from work and headway asking if everything is okay, text back, falls back sleep*

If my brain wants I can sleep for like 15/20 hours

in reply tobexx87

Sounds good. :)

I've had about 7 days worth of unbroken 6-7 hrs sleep at most, out of last 30 yrs! The seizures at one time were only at night, then affected me worse for daytime!

Still not bad as practically no meds in that time.

Yo Bex, (I always seem to get this wrong - 1 'x' or 2?) - There is light at the end of the tunnel (and it isn't an oncoming train) - nice one!
