Vibrations while in bed

I'm pretty sure that they are caused by all huge Tunnell Boring Machines digging tunnels around the world. Vibrations can be sent at a distance of hundreds kilometres and some of us are more sensible to them, mainly when laying on bed. However nobody cares about it and about doing jobs in a less invasive way. I just want to share this thoughts in order to make all aware. Maybe the more we are, the more we can influence and change things ...and sleep better!

To desensitise your sensitivity, it is possible to strengthen your own vibration through Qi Gong exercises. This will allow you to feel more able to direct energy both external and internal. Awareness is 50%, the other 50% is mastering. Influence and change directed internally towards your own development makes the biggest change in your world.

Thank you for your suggestion. Really it is not only a matter of sensitivity. I could be less sensitive, but suffer the same for the effects on health (everybody is exposed, even those who feel less).

Yes, we animals that live on planet Earth are exposed daily to the Schumann resonance / vibration of 7.83 Hz (base frequency - but it does spike and according to some is spiking a lot more in recent years - facilitating human consciousness evolution) - caused by this big mass hurtling through space in friction with other planets and the sun. Effects on health vary due to how a human runs their own vibratory system. If we allow ourselves to be open to environmental stress, then our health will indeed be impacted.

On top of the earth vibration, there are as you say constant rumbles whether man made or earth made - volcanic activity is on the increase while on average 50 - 70 volcanoes erupt each year.

Another sensitivity on the rise is to the mobile phone masts and constant bombardment of electromagnetic waves. Our bodies have adapted to the vibrations which emanate from low radiation from rocks in Snowdonia for instance, however they are not adapted to the high levels of today's towns and cities which create white background noise and make it harder for our bodies to absorb plant and tree energy vibrations which we are used to doing and which contribute to maintain our health. That is why I head out into the hills and forests to recharge.

A brain injury can compromise the body's ability to maintain homeostasis / balance.

It is up to us to work on our body energy through breath work, yoga, Qi Gong and meditation to maintain health despite all these background noises and interruptions. A good diet can fast track a good internal vibration to support this process - high amount of fresh herbs, sea minerals and soil nutrients etc.

Best.

Thank you for your explanation.

I have measured the frequency of vibrations, when felt, and they are around 30 Hz, higher than the value of 7.83 in your reply. Actually Tunnel Boring Machines have a frequency range from around 20Hz up to around 80, so 30Hz I feel is compatible with these values. Moreover they are mainly stronger during the night. This, too, is compatible with the fact that underground works are preferably done during the night for safety reasons.

Schumann resonance is spiking - see live data

geocenter.info/en/monitorin...

On 26th Dec, a spike of 27 Hz as seen at the link above.

Thank you for your reply.

On small islands, where underground works are more improbable, I have never felt vibrations so far.
