I'm not going to post every page as it would be far to much as it's 27 pages but I have attached the contents page (again it has some really good info in) on one page it list barriers and on the opposite page it lists solutions for the topics listed again another thing to share in work

I read certain topics and I was immediately angry how did I know about this stuff I've worked for BCC since 2011, I need to chase up on some of these topics I think:

Bcc have igored it's own BSL charter !?!?

Info in BSL has been taken off the BCC website !?!?

No action to address issues with digitally excluded people !?!?

Extensive cuts in the amount of non digital I for prevent many have a say in what both BCC and Health services do !?!?

And it goes on and on and on

I am both appalled and disgusted.

And at the bottom it say the charity is FUNDED by BCC yes you read that right
