Its a good article Andy, thanks for the mention although i still dont recognise myself as a 65 year old lady, thoght i was still 30!!!!!!! Ill not stretch the credibility too much and say 18!!!

Thank you Headway for the recognition, i walked this year to raise money for the rehab unit i attended, i am going for a photograph with them next week as promotion for the unit. I didnt raise money for Headway this year because i did the swim, in 2013 I think, at Rutland Water for Headway.

But yes really looking forward to next year.
