Something new I've become aware of after 4½ years, is on days where I have gotten very upset, frustrated or angry, invariably I end up with night Terrors and/or very bad interrupted sleep. This happens even if after that I go to bed and seem to be in a pretty good state of mind. Anyone else experience anything like this? And what have you found works to help neutralize this? Honestly, I pretty much hate having to go to sleep because of the horrible experiences while trying to sleep.

I was attacked and suffered nightmares but have been taking cbd oil for six months and they have gone!
