So sorry to hear this. You will need to appeal which will be stressful but there is a high success rate at appeal, though not guaranteed.

They never say yes without a fight! Ask for a mandatory reconsideration now and then prepare for appeal. Cab will help with this. Target just the points you need and where your case is strongest. Good luck.keep up the fight,you will get there.

Appeal! It's as if they set you up to fall at the first hurdle to see if you really want it & fight it. Request all the paperwork to see you examiners remarks compaired to see what the hidden knob in the office has put.

Here in the US, most disability claims are denied on the first few applications. They try to discourage you. Just keep reapplying. Make sure your doctor's records are complete.
