Still receiving no posts.

I'm still having trouble with Emails, not having any for the last week. Please help me get back onto the site. I haven't unsubscribed as far as I know. Dave

Have you checked your settings? If you click on your image icon at the top of the page next to the 'search headway' box you will get a list appear. If you click on 'settings' it will take you to a page where you set whether you want to receive email notifications etc.

If that isn't the problem is your computer thinking they are scam messages and putting them in a separate 'box' and not your 'inbox'?

Are you able to log in to the forum Dave ?

It does sound like a settings issue as Caroline suggests, but if all else fails maybe a system restore would solve the problem.

Morning Cat, I've tried all sorts of things but can't even get in touch with Admin. They seem to be using the wrong Email address. I'll keep plodding on till I get things right. Thankyou, Dave

Thanks Cat. I've just sent it again and I've also had some posts today on Gmail whereas I used to get Healthunlocked on Email. See what tomorrow brings. Dave

Yes Dave, I use Gmail which gives me the beginning of any HU posts and access to the forum. Do you have two Email accounts ? x
