Hi Whitewitch, I take CBD oil nightly in a teaspoon of honey, this is the simplest way, there are also sprays (which is probably simpler still), as I'm sure you know, as long as it gets into the body system the means are irrelevant imo, I have been seizure free for quite some time and thoroughly recommend CBD to anyone interested in self medicating, have you seen that youtube video where the guy with either parkinsons or altzheimers takes a few drops, absolutely effing amazing. Good luck Whitewitch your on the right track. ps at least your not a black one.
Hello Lin and welcome. Firstly, I notice you haven't mentioned brain injury so not sure we're the best forum for you (please correct me if I'm wrong).
I am aware though that Cannabidiol (CBD oil) has been found beneficial for the relief of MS symptoms and that some users prefer vape oil. I'm no expert but I do know that the CBD oil isn't suitable for vaping and is intended for taking directly from the bottle (usually a dropper-bottle).
But if you have the vape-oil, you or a friend/relative, will find a vape retailer on most hight streets where I'm sure staff will be happy to explain how different vapes work. I found them really helpful when I was considering vaping as an alternative to smoking tobbacco (before I gave up 'cold-turkey').
