I asked before whether its different ppl who look at your ESA application when you appeal for a mandatory reconsideration, but not many answers

spideyman i would think so. when you go for appeal for esa, you have medical and law types on the panel.

look at your scores, put notes against them, trying to remember what you were asked at the time, eg i was asked to remember 3 things, immediatley after she asked me what those thee things were.

take someone with you and dont drive.

I don't know spidey. I had to take my ESA application to appeal, and was seen by a judge and qualified doctor at that point not the same person who gave the decision on ESA.

Perhaps Headway know, or citizens advice.

The **** who gave my decision was only a physiotherapist
