Hi I was just wondering if anyone suffers from achin legs & what it could be. I'mean not in pain but they feel so uncomfortable & feel as if I've run a marathon, then to add to the aching I get a twitch in my right calf & my left groin which is really annoying me but I don't want go to doctors incase they think I'm being stupid. I suffered an ABI year half ago & was in hospital for 3 months, although I dont have any memory until I came round in rehab where I had learn walk & talk & although my recovery has been quick , I have lost my smell and taste, suffer bad fatigue, have CCD so maybe my legs aching are a result of everything that has hapeened, although this has only been happening for last 2 weeks, my legs are so uncomfortable & getting on my nerves twitching, I just wondered if anyone else has suffered this or any advice

I have had that as well for many years. Very annoying to wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to fall back asleep because of the pain and annoyance... I find that if I stay completely away from alcohol (wine, spririts), these do not happen at all, or if so, a very mild version. Do you consume any alcohol?

I don't touch the stuff, stopped drinking alcohol years ago lol maybe I should start again. My O.T said make sure I drink plenty fluid but I think she means water lol x
