I am doing a charity walk in June coast to coast Hadrians wall from Bowness to Wallsend, I'm doing it for Derby carers but also the brain injury clinic that is helping me and SAFFA, there are a few ex forces like me doing it as well, if your in the Ripley / Derby or surrounding area and fancy socialising on the last Wednesday of the month from 11 till about 12:30, there is a group I attend in Derby called the Guise group it's with them I'm doing it, if anyone needs any help they can point them in the right direction, I got involved because of my B i's I found it hard to socialise but anyone is welcome if your interested let me know and I'll give you the details

I'm ok thanks..............will be even better if I'm discharged on Wednesday after six weeks of cabin fever (broken foot). Hoping to be able to get up to the Peaks myself before too long ...................one of my favourite haunts !

Have a good weekend (despite the forecast of rain !) :-/ x
