Charity swim

Hi, I said I would post with info about the charity swim in aid of Headway and its 13 days away so better had. Its on Sunday 8th September at Anglian water in Rutland county, Its going to be a real challenge for me, I've opted to swim 500mts and is mainly about building my confidence and proving I can do more than sit and watch TV and knit or read and if I can raise a little money for headway on the way all the better. don't feel obliged to donate, your good wishes are quite sufficient. Its quite exciting as I haven't done anything like this before, will ask my husband to post photos as I'm no good at that. Wish me luck

Thanks Cat, for the encouragement and sponsorship, I'm really looking forward to it, if a bit nervous, but nothing ventured eh! We're probably going down on Saturday and staying over nearby so I don't have to travel far on the day, soon be here won't it? Thanks again love Janet xxx

Good luck mate headway is a worthy cause I go twice a week and would be lost without had to give up my job and miss the the crack with the lads I used to work with have made a lot of friends at headway and just really enjoy goin
