Good on you Claire for posting this. I know what a caring person you are, and I only hope Angie can see from this that she is missed. I've unintentionally upset people in the past ; it's a horrible feeling. Take care m'dear. xx
Claire, putting it bluntly, when you put a large number of people together who have damaged brains it's not surprising that there's the odd blip here and there.
I can see you're kicking yourself ; I'm just sorry for both you and Angie. We've all been where you are at some time in life ; none of us is perfect !
But you've had the grace and courage to apologise so I applaud you for that m'love. E. xxx
A'h Claire, Please don't take it to heart. You have made a heartfelt apology - I didn't even read the post you wrote to Angel - but I hope she reads this thread and realises just what an asset she was to many of us, me included.
As Cat said it is easy to offend people on this site. Not intentionally but with the majority suffering a bi it is bound to happen.
I do not say this as an excuse as anyone who is offended has the right to feel hurt.
I know I myself can say things in a manner I do not mean and can cause offence. If I do I am sorry but if I give advice or an opinion it is without malice or to hurt.
Hopefully anyone who feels hurt can openly say so on this forum without feeling as though they are being petty.
We all after all are here to help and support each other.
Please do not fret - you have had no bad intentions and you have done your best. all of the above comments are more than valid. I do know that I spend a lot of time working out what to say or not to say when I post - hence I do not post very often. It is a very fine line we walk and we can often be misunderstood. The important point is that we engage out of friendship and concern for one another.
