Don't Give Up

Good morning all.

I just wanted to share with you all one of my favourite Lance Armstrong quotes. I've repeated it many times, to myself, to see me through some tough bike rides. Unfortunately it has a completely new meaning to me right now but I still find it inspirational. I hope you're able to find some inspiration from it to.

"Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever."
