This has be my first day I've been involved in the forum and I have to say thank you. For a long time I have felt isolated and coping with everything on my own. But today I have chatted with some great people. If I've been able to use my experience or advice then it has been a good feeling. I look forward to getting to know people xx thank you so much

Thanks
It's great, isn't it, to finally find people who know what your life is like after a bi. This is a great place to pick up tips, share problems , ask for help. I too, wish I had found it sooner.
Best of luck.
Jan

Hi....and welcome from me
Don't ever feel isolated again Angie ; we're always here. Love Cat x
Oh what a lovely post! You'll never need to feel so alone again! It's a great bunch of people on here and there's always someone to give you advice or even just that listening ear that we all so badly need. xx
Hi Peaches in such a short period of time I have spoken to some lovely people, and it has peped me up no end. When your struggling with your health and also trying to balance coping with a partner who also has a disability you can quickly feel very isolated. Having a way of interacting with people is brilliant.

So, so true, it does get you down all this health stuff and there's nothing better than being able to chat about it and get things off of your chest! Others often don't understand or can't be bothered to understand but it's different here, we have all been through some kind of trauma or other and to be honest you can really feel for people on here when you read their posts as you have more than likely felt the same way at some point.
I'm so glad you have found this group, it definitely gives you such a boost!
Keep posting and enjoy the company with a nice honest group of fellow warriors!
xx

What can I say? Headway rocks! That's the friendly people on the forum and the helpline staff. You are not on your own.
Hi Jayne a member of Headway staff recommended the forum after she patiently listened to my story. In the short time I've been on here it has made a difference.
