Hi, I'm quite nervous reading posts about transfers...I'm in receipt of DLA and as of yet I have received nothing about PIP transfer. Have I missed something?
DLA to PIP?!?: Hi, I'm quite nervous reading posts... - Headway
DLA to PIP?!?
19KMcG87 It's being rolled out across the country & will reach you at some point. It would be a good idea for you to research before it does so you aren't hit with total panic when it does arrive, the submission timeframes are quite tight & a detailed application takes many hours / days / weeks.
Best wishes

They plan to have everyone eligible transferred to PIP by the end of 2018 and depending on where you live you will get a letter inviting you to apply.
The first part is done over the phone and I would definitely advise you have someone with you when you call them as it is a long call.
I have just started the process....
Hi

My wife had some fantastic help and advice from the CAB regarding her PIP and a superb lady accompanied her to an appeal.
I'm still on DLA too but it's only lower rate care which I understand has been done away with.
