There are quite a number of "celebs" whom have had a significant head injury, some early on their career and carried on post injury.
Whilst everyone is different and some people don't want to talk about their injuries / difficulties, but it does wrankle me a bit when some celebs post injury hold their interviews and tell how they are coping, thank the staff and science for their recovery and then never speak of it again or use their connections to help further the BI cause.
having family in that world, the reason is probably work related. you don't want to appear that you can't do the job.
Not so much about stating the long term effects they are suffering as most of us keep that quiet.
It is the immediate gushing to the press saying how good the service and support they received from the staff - and then once it is no longer newsworthy, they forget all about the service they received.
Can't seem to access it Mandy ?? x
