My husband has a brain injury which took two years to diagnose, he was hit head on by a driver who fell asleep at the wheel. I am trying to get the case reviewed but keep hitting brick walls/

I do not know what you want me to re-phase. The problem is I went back to the solicitor that dealt with accident in the first place, now because the brain injury was not diagnosed by medical staff at the time, even though he has letters from a neurophysiologist & GP etc. he said it would be difficult to prove he acquired the injury in the car accident and the settlement received was a full & final payment.

He said the case can only be reopened by a judge and that is unlikely to happen.

I will telephone Headway on Monday for advice. Thank you for your comments.

Best wishes

Anne you started by saying you were hitting a brick wall, now when you're talking about a car accident, well.

Good thing about headway, they have their own legal eagles who may be able to get through this.

Oh forgot to say welcome.

Steve
