It is as it is. Everything is fine. All is well. Be patient. Trust the body will heal. The present is a gift. Use it wisely. Breathe into stress and let go. Relax.

The tree does not thank the worms for giving it nutrients. The flowers do not thank the birds for fertiliser. The coral does not thank the sun for light.

Although gratitude is not expressed, it is still felt and is the basis for sustainable existence. We are all connected. Feel that connection. It is beautiful. Unconditional love. Such are the delights of nature, the green grass, the wind in the trees, brightly coloured scented flowers, what gifts, if we can only see them..

Take good care and be still. All is well.

candy at last months group meeting we had a lady came in and talked to us about mindfulness and we did a few exercises.

clear your mind take a deep breath clear your mind slowly breath out concentrate on your feet breathing slowly until it feels as if your feet are no longer touching the floor, keeping your eyes closed and breathing slowling slowly continue until you feel as if your back is no longer touching the chair and you are floating, at this point you are at total relaxation.

to finish just concentrate on your feet let your breathing come back to normal and do the same with your back
