Can I suggest you do not check your email whilst on holiday.

And setup a personal and a other email address.

Easier said than done I know. UC does not take into account any additional needs for response times due to brain injuries.

Universal credit, they now control you, if you do not do as they say they will sanction you, I wouldn't have told them I was on holiday as you can't have a holiday from being sick. I'm on the same and it's easier to do as they ask than argue. They don't seem to recognise brain injury, they think everyone is a fraud.good luck
