Weather related

Just putting C/Heating on as it's cooled down up here in S Yorks does any one else notice that as it gets cooler aches and pains worsen

I think it's well documented that the colder weather brings on the aches & pains. Or is it just that the warm weather is so beneficial I wonder ?

I'm typing this with one eye as I've just got back from having my first cataract op. Hopefully when they're both done I can make the journey over to Sandsend (from Cheshire ). I made it to York a few weeks ago with the aim of staying a couple of days then carrying on up the Whitby, but I didn't make it this time sadly.

Hope you're doing ok Dillm ; apart from the arthritis of course. I had my jab a couple of weeks ago and it's helped a little bit but not as much as it used to.

Oh yes, even now as it is getting cooler i have my hat close by. The colder temperature and wind makes my head hurt more x

Absolutely! Part of my condition is low body temperature, low BP, low respiration - low everything! Living in a cottage at 800' I spend the day in bed on oxygen and my electric blanket is a Godsend! Actually it is nice and cosy but I haven't yet switched it on...
